Ottawa Chamber Music Society Wine Auction will be held March 10 at 6 pm at Christ Church Cathedral 420 Sparks Street in Ottawa, Ontario. From everyday drinking wine to excellently stored ready to drink classic and rare wines are for sale to benefit the Ottawa Chamber Music Society and Festival. These donated wines come from excellent wine cellars where the donors have stored most of the wines since their first offer for purchase. Excellent opportunity to buy vintage wine to celebrate a birth year, anniversary or reward for wine loving family, friends, colleagues, clients or employees. Admission is $100. The Ontario Wine Society proudly presents Ontario Chardonnay - Seriously Cool will be held March 24 6:30pm at Toronto Lawn Tennis Club, 44 Price St. in Toronto, Ontario. Take part in an historical Ontario wine event. Cool climate VQA Chardonnays from Ontario will be showcased in England when British wine writers gather at Canada House in Trafalgar Square on May 17th to taste 34 of Ontario’s top VQA Chardonnays selected by a group of Ontario wine critics. The Ontario Wine Society presents "Cheers for Cheddar" will be held March 31 6:30pm reception, 7:00pm tasting at CUCCI Ristorante, 119 Jones St. in Oakville, Ontario. Join the OWS for an evening of sampling that irresistible combo, wine and cheese. And not just any cheese, but delectable world-renowned fine aged cheddars produced by Balderson Cheese. This event will be hosted by John Nadeau, co-founder of The Wine Establishment and consultant to Ontario's wineries. The event will pair Balderson’s Extra Old White Cheddar (aged up to 18 months) with a 2006 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Single Vinyard, Queenston Road Vineyard, a 3-Year Old White Cheddar with a 2006 Reserve Merlot, Creekside Estate Winery, and a 6-Year Old Cheddar with 2005 Reserve Meritage, also from Creekside Estates.

Santa Monica Farmers Market 25th Anniversary Dinner will be held April 15 6-10pm at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, CA. Edgefield uncorked! 2007 will be held September 29 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Nashville, TN. Edgefield Uncorked! features artisan wines, gourmet foods, and entertainment.
